Recycling

Recycling is realized in an exceptional work step through a cutter/compactor/extruder process combination. This mechanical design provides better repeatability (validation) and minimizes non-recyclable waste. Material properties with high delivery reliability are our ultimate goal, and our equipment is specifically designed to meet and exceed our customers' needs. Ravago's unrivaled machine capabilities provide high output capacities and efficiencies when processing LDPE, HDPE and PP. As many of the unprocessed materials are made available for recycling, Ravago has integrated rare earth magnets and ferrous/non-ferrous equipment for both inbound and outbound segments of the process.
